Expert Advice On Quantum Issues
We have regularly been appointed to provide expert quantum advice and evidence. Appointments include instructions from solicitors, direct by a party or as a court appointed single joint expert. Overford has registered expert witnesses as part of the team. Each has undertaken specialist expert witness training including membership of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
Our experts have also been subjected to cross examination on several occasions. The expert team’s expertise is taken from over 40 years of practical experience working for developers, employers, contractors, and sub-contractors.
We pride ourselves on providing the highest level of service and we only take on appointments that allow us to meet our exacting standards.
All of our reports are fully CPR Part 35 compliant, whether we are required to produce that level of report or not. For us, an expert witness report needs to stand up to scrutiny.
